The certain amount of bananas for game quests

I'm confused about the amount of bananas you can collect from game quests. Can we only collect 16,450 bananas from game quests and unlimited from other ways?

Of the games that have banana offers, them totaled together would equal 16,450 bananas. So if you were to complete every game offers' quests you would receive that amount.
